The enacted bill authorizes Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to purchase the land and buildings at 3061 Island Avenue from the United States Postal Service. In exchange, the City would agree to construct an intersection on or near the property, under terms approved by the City Solicitor.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to purchase from the United States Postal Service fee simple title to a parcel of land with the buildings and improvements thereon known as 3061 Island Avenue, all under certain terms and conditions.
