This enacted ordinance authorizes changes to the City Plan in the area bounded by the University Avenue Extension, Pine Street, Fortieth Street, Woodland Avenue, and University Avenue. It vacates portions of Baltimore Avenue and Woodland Avenue, relocates several street and property lines, and reserves a right-of-way for drainage, water mains, existing utilities, and an underground tunnel. Property owners or other parties with an interest must meet conditions including agreements, bonds, utility adjustments, and dedication of certain land to the City.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 43, 166, 265 and 269 of an area bounded by, the University Avenue Extension, Pine Street, Fortieth Street, Woodland Avenue and University Avenue.
