VETO OVERRIDDEN

The enacted ordinance changes zoning rules for commercially zoned properties along Passyunk Avenue between Washington Avenue and 25th Street. It adds or revises prohibited uses, bars certain uses from ground floors along East Passyunk Avenue between Federal and Broad Streets, and sets limits and design requirements for signs in the district.

Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by amending Section 14-1621, entitled "Passyunk Avenue Special District Controls," by revising the prohibited uses and the regulations regarding signs within the District.
