The enacted ordinance amends Philadelphia’s sidewalk-sales rules to permit the sale of goods on the south side of West Nedro Avenue from Tenth Street east for 77 feet, in an area where sidewalk sales are otherwise prohibited. It affects vendors and sidewalk use on that specific section of the avenue.

Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to Sidewalk Sales by restricting the prohibition of sidewalk sales on that portion of the south side of 900 West Nedro Avenue beginning, and extending east, from the south side of 1000 West Nedro Avenue for a distance of seventy-seven feet, ten feet from the curb.
