This enacted ordinance amends the prior authorization to vacate a section of River Road extending from about 10 feet southwest of the Philadelphia-Montgomery County line northeastward to the county line. It changes the deadline for meeting the authorization’s requirements from August 31, 2003, to August 31, 2005.

Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 010268) approved August 31, 2001 entitled, "An Ordinance authorizing the vacating of River Road, from a point approximately ten (10) feet southwest of the Philadelphia and Montgomery County Line, northeastwardly to the Philadelphia and Montgomery County Line," as amended.
