This enacted ordinance grants Sandra Davis, owner of Hidden River Café, permission to operate an outdoor sidewalk café with four tables on the north footway of Krail Street next to 3572 Indian Queen Lane. The tables may extend up to about two feet into the sidewalk while leaving about eight feet clear for pedestrians, and Davis must obtain required permits, provide insurance and a bond, meet other conditions, and remove the café within 30 days if lawfully directed by the Streets Department.

Granting permission to Sandra Davis, owner of Hidden River Café, tenant of the property located at 3572 Indian Queen Lane, to operate and maintain an open air sidewalk café on the north footway of Krail Street at the northeast corner of Krail Street and Indian Queen Lane, adjacent to 3572 Indian Queen Lane, under certain terms and conditions.
