This enacted ordinance amended Philadelphia’s rules for towing-zone locations and hours. It provides for towing zones, with hours as posted, on all streets from Spruce Street to Vine Street between the Schuylkill and Delaware Rivers, and in the area bounded by City Avenue, 66th Street, Malvern Avenue, Gainor Road, and Bryn Mawr Avenue.

Amending Section 12-2409 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Towing Zone Locations and Hours," by providing for additional Towing Zone Locations, under certain terms and conditions.
