This enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Board of Surveyors to remove from the City Plan and abandon a drainage right-of-way extending north from Lindley Avenue between Ogontz Avenue and Belfield Avenue for about 1,000 feet. The property owner or other interested party must meet conditions including releasing and indemnifying the City from claims, paying advertising costs, and paying $200 toward ordinance costs.

Authorizing the striking from City Plan No. 178 and abandoning of a certain right-of-way for drainage purposes which lies between Ogontz Avenue and Belfield Avenue, under certain terms and conditions.
