Hoff, Henry R. Waddington, and Robert Waddington. After acquisition, the parcel is to become part of Pennypack Park under the jurisdiction of the Fairmount Park Commission.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to purchase fee simple title to a certain parcel of land with the buildings and improvements thereon, situated on the Northwest side of Algon Avenue at Fox Chase Road, all under certain terms and conditions.
