This enacted bill amended the Philadelphia Code to designate a Pending Public Acquisition District. The district covers the area bounded by North Thirteenth Street, Race Street, North Broad Street, and Arch Street.

Amending Section 14-1200 of The Philadelphia Code entitled "Pending Public Acquisition District," by designating a Pending Public Acquisition District in the area bounded on the east by North Thirteenth Street, on the north by Race Street, on the west by North Broad Street and on the south by Arch Street.
