This enacted ordinance authorizes 111 S. 15th Street Associates LLP, and its successors, to build and maintain a marquee, raised planters, and rigid awnings over public sidewalks next to 111 S. 15th Street on Chestnut, South 15th, and Sansom Streets. The company must obtain required permits and approvals, follow City rules, maintain insurance or acceptable self-insurance, and remove the structures if the City gives 180 days’ notice for a municipal construction project.

Authorizing 111 S. 15th Street Associates LLP, 232 N. Twenty-second Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103, its successors and assigns, to construct and maintain a marquee, raised planters and rigid awnings on and over the public footways on Chestnut Street, S. 15th Street and Sansom Street adjacent to the property, under certain terms and conditions.
