The enacted ordinance authorizes changes to the City Plan in the area bounded by Ninth, Tenth, Callowhill, and Noble Streets. It vacates the planned portions of Percy and Hutchinson Streets and creates a right-of-way within part of Percy Street for drainage and water-main purposes, subject to agreements, bonds, payments, and required adjustments to city infrastructure by the affected property owner or other party in interest.

Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 58 of an area bounded by Ninth Street, Tenth Street, Callowhill Street and Noble Street, under certain terms and conditions.
