The enacted ordinance approved a $65.054 million Fiscal Year 2004 capital budget for the Philadelphia Gas Works and authorized spending for the listed capital projects. It also acknowledged PGW’s forecast for capital budgets for Fiscal Years 2005 through 2009 and set conditions for certain projects and transfers of spending authority involving PGW and the Gas Commission.
