This enacted bill designates Germantown Avenue between York Street and Butler Street as a neighborhood business district for sidewalk vendors, with up to 22 vendor sites. It permits sidewalk sales there when vendors sell goods that differ from those sold by businesses on the adjacent property, and addresses licensing, location assignments, and later changes in nearby store merchandise.

Amending Sections 9-205 and 9-206 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to sidewalk sales and sidewalk vendors in neighborhood business districts, by adding a designated neighborhood business district on Germantown avenue, between York street and Butler street, and making technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions.
