The space will be used as office space by the City and affiliated agencies under the terms of a lease agreement.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to enter into a Lease Agreement to lease from the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development portions of a building located at 4500 South Broad Street, under certain terms and conditions.
