This enacted ordinance authorizes Samuel Rappaport Ltd., also known as Samson Asset Management, to construct, own, and maintain raised planters on public sidewalks next to nine of its Center City properties. The company must obtain required permits and approvals, follow City rules, meet insurance and other agreement requirements, and remove the planters at its expense if the City gives 180 days’ notice for a municipal or City-sponsored construction project.

Authorizing Samuel Rappaport Ltd., a.k.a. Samson Asset Management, 722 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106, its successors and assigns, to construct, own and maintain raised planters on the public footways for nine (9) properties in Center City, under certain terms and conditions.
