This enacted bill amended Philadelphia rules for vehicles used in soliciting prostitution or related offenses. It allows the City to impound the vehicle and any trailer or other load it is towing, requires a $300 fine and towing and storage fees before release, and makes the Philadelphia Parking Authority responsible for towing, storage, notices, and auctions of unclaimed vehicles and loads.

Amending Section 10-608 of The Philadelphia Code, which provides for the impoundment of vehicles used in the solicitation of prostitution and related offenses, by also providing for the impoundment of a trailer or other load being towed by a vehicle used in the commission of such offenses, and by adding various enforcement and administrative provisions, including having the Philadelphia Parking Authority act as the towing and storage agent for impounded vehicles and loads; all under certain terms and conditions.
