This enacted ordinance approved contracts entered into by the Philadelphia Facilities Management Corporation on behalf of the Philadelphia Gas Works to buy natural gas and related storage, distribution, transportation, and transmission services, with deliveries through August 31, 2007. It set conditions on those contracts, including cost limits tied to approved gas-cost filings, reporting requirements, and exclusions for financial hedging, major outsourcing, and the sale or lease of liquefied natural gas facilities.

Approving certain contracts and transactions arising thereunder for the purchase, storage, distribution, transportation and/or transmission of natural and other gas entered into by the Philadelphia Facilities Management Corporation on behalf of the Philadelphia Gas Works, subject to certain terms and conditions.
