The enacted bill sets fees for second and later reinspections by the Department of Licenses and Inspections when businesses or construction work remain out of compliance: $75 for a second reinspection, $150 for a third, and $300 for a fourth or later reinspection. It also raises one additional inspection fee from $50 to $75 for certain construction inspections, and allows a business or operation’s license or permit to be suspended until unpaid reinspection fees are paid.

Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Regulation of Businesses, Trades and Professions," by adding a new Section establishing a fee schedule for reinspections conducted by the Department of Licenses and Inspections for failure to comply with the provisions of Title 9; and amending Title 4, Subcode "A," Section A-901.10, entitled "Reinspection Fees," to amend the fee schedule for reinspections conducted by the Department of Licenses and Inspections for failure to comply with the provisions of certain technical codes; all under certain terms and conditions.
