This enacted ordinance authorizes John and Sharon Miller, the owners of 7800 Jackson Street, also known as 4400 Hartel Street, to construct, own, and maintain privately owned underground water and sewer branch mains beneath portions of the public right of way. The work is subject to required permits, an agreement with the City, insurance or other financial protections, and conditions covering maintenance, utility access, and possible removal to accommodate a City construction project.

Authorizing John and Sharon Miller, 7800 Jackson Street, Philadelphia, PA 19136, owners of the property 7800 Jackson Street a.k.a. 4400 Hartel Street, their successors and assigns, to construct and maintain privately owned underground water and sewer branch mains, under certain terms and conditions.
