Approving the first amendment of the redevelopment proposal for the Frankford Creek Urban Renewal Area, being the area generally bounded by Orthodox street on the north, Adams avenue on the east, Frankford avenue on the south, East Hunting Park avenue, "O" street, Cayuga street and Castor avenue on the west, including the first amendment to the urban renewal plan and the first amendment to the relocation plan, which provides, inter alia, for the establishment of a residential and related land reuse category, the additional land acquisition of approximately three (3) properties for residential and related uses, changing the land use for the block bounded by Wingohocking street, Frankford Creek, Cayuga street and Castor avenue to residential and related, the provision of certain relocation services, as required by law and declaring that condemnation is not imminent with respect to the Project.
