This enacted bill authorizes Philadelphia’s Commissioner of Public Property to acquire from the Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation, for $1, the property at 1208 Kater Street, also known as the rear of 614 South 12th Street, including any improvements on it. The City Solicitor may review and approve the documents needed to complete the acquisition and set terms to protect the City’s interests.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to acquire from the Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation fee simple title to, and all other real property interests in, a certain parcel of real estate with any improvements situated thereon located at 1208 Kater Street, also known as the rear of 614 South 12th Street, under certain terms and conditions.
