This enacted ordinance grants Campus Technologies, Inc., its successors, and agents permission to construct, operate, maintain, replace, and remove a telecommunications system along specified Philadelphia streets and public rights-of-way, mainly by using existing utility facilities with the owners’ consent. The company must obtain required approvals, permits, insurance, and a bond; pay applicable fees; follow City conditions; and relocate or remove the system when required under the ordinance.

Granting permission to Campus Technologies, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, its successors, assigns and agents, to construct, maintain and operate, replace, and remove a telecommunications system along, in, over and under the public rights-of-way and City streets, by placing such telecommunications system within and/or attached to the existing facilities owned by PECO Energy Company and/or other entities authorized by other City ordinances, subject to such owner's consent; all under certain terms and conditions.
