This enacted ordinance approves the tenth amendment to the redevelopment proposal and urban renewal plan for the Eastwick Urban Renewal Area, including a first amendment to the relocation plan. It changes the planned land use and related controls for 6100–6240 Eastwick Avenue from limited industrial to residential and related reuse, and authorizes the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to take steps needed to carry out the amended plan.

Approving the tenth amendment of the redevelopment proposal for the Eastwick Urban Renewal Area, being the area beginning at the point of intersection of the west side of Lindbergh boulevard with the north side of Fifty-eighth street, including the tenth amendment to the urban renewal plan and the first amendment to the relocation plan, which provides for a change of the land use and related controls for 6100-6240 Eastwick avenue, from limited industrial to residential and related reuse.
