The enacted ordinance grants TCG Delaware Valley, Inc., and its successors permission to install, operate, maintain, replace, and remove aerial and underground fiber-optic telecommunications connections along State Road to the Philadelphia Prison Facility. The work must meet City requirements and receive required approvals, and TCG must obtain permits, pay applicable fees, protect and restore public rights-of-way, and relocate the facilities at its own expense if needed for public improvements.

Granting permission to TCG Delaware Valley, Inc., a Delaware corporation, its successors and assigns to construct, maintain and operate, replace, and remove telecommunications service connections and fiber optic cables for telecommunications purposes along, over, in and under the public rights-of-way of State Road; all under certain terms and conditions.
