This enacted ordinance authorizes removing the portion of Sanger Street from Tacony Street to the Delaware River pierhead line from the City Plan. It also authorizes a right-of-way in that area for drainage, water-main, and gas-main purposes, subject to agreements with affected property owners, protections for the City, and payment of related costs by the party requesting the change.

Authorizing the striking from City Plan Nos. 270 and 258 of Sanger Street from Tacony Street to the westerly Pierhead Line of the Delaware River, under certain terms and conditions.
