This enacted ordinance authorizes the City to remove the portion of Glengarry Road between St. Andrew Road and a southward dead-end turnaround from the official City Plan. It also creates a right-of-way there for drainage, water mains, and public utilities, subject to agreements, payments, bonds, and required adjustments to affected streets and utility facilities by the party requesting the change.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on City Plan Nos. 286 and 288 in the vicinity of Glengarry Road and St. Andrew Road, under certain terms and conditions.
