The enacted ordinance authorizes the City’s Board of Surveyors to revise the City Plan and vacate Auburn Street, Janney Street, and Weikel Street within the area bounded by Trenton Avenue, Cambria Street, Tulip Street, and Rush Street. The party requesting the changes must meet conditions including securing agreements and bonds, paying related costs, and making or paying for any needed adjustments to streets, sidewalks, utilities, lighting, hydrants, sewers, and other City facilities.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades of an area of City Plan No. 196 bounded by Trenton avenue, Cambria street, Tulip street, and Rush street under certain terms and conditions.
