The enacted ordinance authorizes changes to the City plan in the area bounded by Aramingo Avenue, Frankford Creek, and Adams Avenue. It vacates the legally opened portions of Tulip Street between Ashland Street and Adams Avenue and Ashland Street between Aramingo Avenue and Tulip Street, subject to requirements that the requesting party cover related claims, utility and street changes, bonds, and hearing costs.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 55 in the area bounded by Aramingo avenue, Frankford creek and Adams avenue, under certain terms and conditions.
