This enacted ordinance grants Muhammed Shaukat, the owner of a newsstand at 10th and Market Streets, permission to construct, use, and maintain underground electrical and telephone conduits in the public rights of way to serve the newsstand. The work must follow City requirements, obtain necessary permits and utility approvals, maintain at least eight feet of clear sidewalk, and meet bonding, insurance, restoration, and other conditions.

Granting permission to Muhammed Shaukat, 6650 Kindred Street, Philadelphia, PA 19149, owner of the newsstand at the southwest corner of 10th Street and Market Street, to construct, use and maintain an electrical conduit with an electrical service line and a telecommunications conduit with a telephone service line in and under the public rights of way for the purpose of supplying electrical service and telephone service to the newsstand, under certain terms and conditions.
