Broad Street, permission to operate an open-air sidewalk café on the east side of South Broad Street, with four tables and umbrellas, subject to specified conditions. Starbucks must obtain required permits and approvals, enter into an agreement with the City, provide insurance and a bond, and remove the café within 30 days if the Streets Department gives lawful written notice.
