This enacted bill changes the minimum side-yard widths for detached single-family homes in Philadelphia’s R-1A residential zoning district. It reduces the requirement from two 15-foot side yards to two 10-foot side yards, and reduces the minimum side yard on a corner lot from 15 feet to 10 feet.
Amending Section 14-201.1 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to "R-1A" residential district, by changing the width of side yards.
