This enacted ordinance authorizes changes to the City street plan in the area bounded by Forty-sixth Street, Forty-seventh Street, Fairmount Avenue, and Westminster Avenue. It vacates portions of May Street and June Street and adds a drainage right-of-way next to Forty-seventh Street, subject to agreements, infrastructure work, property access conditions, public-hearing costs, and payment of $200 to the City Treasury.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 107 bounded by Forty-sixth Street, Forty-seventh Street, Fairmount Avenue and Westminster Avenue, under certain terms and conditions.
