This enacted ordinance authorizes changes to the City Plan near Hunting Park Avenue and Kensington Avenue. It removes and vacates Worrell Street between Kensington Avenue and Frankford Creek, while reserving a right-of-way there for drainage; the property owner or other requesting party must meet conditions covering agreements, related utility and street work, access, bonding, and costs.
