SUSPEND THE RULES OF THE COUNCIL

The enacted ordinance authorizes changes to the City Plan around 20th Street between Olney Avenue and Belfield Avenue, including moving portions of the street’s curbs and building line and reserving a 10-foot utility right-of-way. The party requesting the changes must obtain agreements and a bond, pay certain costs and the appraised value of the affected street area, and make any required adjustments to sidewalks, utilities, sewers, lighting, and other street facilities.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades of an area of City Plan No. 178 bounded by Olney Avenue, Belfield Avenue, Ogontz Avenue and Wister Street.
