This enacted bill authorized Philadelphia’s Commerce Director to enter into agreements with the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development and the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau to host the Army-Navy intercollegiate football game in Philadelphia in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008, and 2009. The agreements set out the parties’ responsibilities and terms for hosting the games.

Authorizing the Director of Commerce, on behalf of The City of Philadelphia, to enter into agreements with the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development and the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau, both for purposes of hosting the Army-Navy intercollegiate football game in certain years, under certain terms and conditions.
