This enacted ordinance revises the City Plan by vacating a portion of Salmon Street between Castor Avenue and Butler Street. It reserves a right-of-way in the former street bed for drainage and water mains and requires affected property owners or other interested parties to meet conditions such as granting access, covering required utility and street changes, and paying related costs.

Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 187 by striking from the City Plan and vacating a portion of Salmon Street between Castor Avenue and Butler Street and reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for drainage purposes and water main purposes within the bed of Salmon Street, under certain terms and conditions.
