This enacted ordinance approved up to $58.652 million for Philadelphia Gas Works’ Fiscal Year 2005 capital projects and acknowledged its forecast for capital budgets from Fiscal Years 2006 through 2010. It set conditions on certain safety, service-reliability, and credit-scoring pilot funds, and limited how PGW could transfer spending between budget line items.
