This enacted ordinance amended Philadelphia’s rules on sidewalk sales and vending. It prohibits people and vendors from displaying, offering, or selling goods, merchandise, or placing stands on sidewalks in the area bordered by and including Chew Avenue, Stenton Avenue, Johnson Street, and Mount Airy Avenue, on both sides.

Amending Section 9-205 of the Philadelphia Code, relating to "Sidewalk Sales" and vending in residential areas by adding a new provision prohibiting sidewalk sales and vending in the area bordered by and including Chew avenue, Stenton avenue, Johnson street , and Mount Airy Avenue, both sides.
