VETO OVERRIDDEN

This enacted ordinance authorized the Finance Director to transfer $6,776,000 in Fiscal Year 2005 General Fund appropriations from the Finance Director’s employee benefits account to the Fire Department. The money was designated for Fire Department personal services.

Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2005 within the General Fund from certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions to the Fire Department.
