This enacted ordinance authorizes the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society to build and the Fox Chase-Rockledge Business Association to maintain a roughly four-by-five-foot “Welcome to Fox Chase” sign in the traffic island between Hasbrook and Oxford Avenues. The organizations must follow city requirements, obtain approvals, provide insurance or equivalent protections, and agree to remove the sign at no cost to the city if needed for a city construction project.

Authorizing The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society to construct, and the Fox Chase-Rockledge Business Association to maintain, a Welcome to Fox Chase sign in the Fox Chase Traffic Island located between Hasbrook and Oxford Avenues, under certain terms and conditions.
