This enacted law amends Philadelphia’s rules for sidewalk vendors in Center City. It requires growers’ and producers’ stands at farmers’ markets to have a trash receptacle with at least 20-gallon capacity and prohibits the stands from being propelled by an internal combustion engine.

Amending Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code relating to Sidewalk Vendors in Center City to prohibit propulsion of growers' and producers' stands by internal combustion engine at farmers' markets, all under certain terms and conditions.
