Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 030347) approved July 31, 2003, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 238 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Salter Street from Third Street to Orianna Street and by reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for gas main purposes and public utility purposes within the lines of Salter Street being stricken from the City Plan and vacated under authority of this Ordinance, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the authorization conditions therein.
