This enacted bill authorizes Pennsylvania Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania Health System to construct, own, and maintain a ductbank beneath Delancey Street connecting its building at 723 Delancey Street to its parking garage at 317 S. 8th Street. The hospital must obtain required permits and approvals, meet insurance or bonding requirements, cover related utility changes, and remove the ductbank and restore the street if the City gives 180 days’ notice for a municipal construction project.

Authorizing Pennsylvania Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania Health System, 800 Spruce Street, Philadelphia, PA, 19107 its successors and assigns, to construct, own and maintain a ductbank beneath Delancey Street to provide service connections from their building (723 Delancey Street) to their parking garage (317 S. 8th Street), under certain terms and conditions.
