This enacted ordinance authorized the City’s Finance Director to transfer $11.7 million in Fiscal Year 2004 General Fund appropriations from the Mayor’s office and the Sinking Fund Commission to various city departments, commissions, the First Judicial District, and a contribution to the School District. The transfers funded personnel, employee benefits, services, equipment, indemnities, and other listed expenses.
