This enacted ordinance authorizes Vesuvio Restaurant & Bar at 736-38 South 8th Street to construct, own, and maintain a vestibule, canopy, masonry fence wall, and seven-table open-air sidewalk café at South 8th and Fitzwater Streets. The structures must meet City requirements and receive all required permits and approvals; the restaurant must also agree to remove them and restore the sidewalks if the City gives 180 days’ notice for a municipal construction project.

Authorizing Vesuvio Restaurant & Bar, 736-38 South 8th Street, Philadelphia PA. 19147, to construct, own and maintain building encroachments consisting of a vestibule, rigid frame canopy, masonry fence wall and an open-air sidewalk café located on the southwest corner of South 8th and Fitzwater Streets, under certain terms and conditions.
