This enacted bill authorizes the Prince Music Theater, which owns 1412 Chestnut Street, to relocate the Allow Me statue from 235 S. 17th Street and maintain it on the façade of 1412 Chestnut Street. The theater must obtain required permits and approvals, meet specified insurance and safety conditions, and remove the statue within 60 days if the City lawfully requires it.

Authorizing American Music Theater Festival T/A Prince Music Theater ("Prince Music Theater"), the owner of the property 1412 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 to relocate and maintain one statue, the Allow Me statue, which is currently located at 235 S. 17th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103, on the façade of 1412 Chestnut Street, all under certain terms and conditions.
