This enacted ordinance authorizes Temple University to construct, own, and maintain a building that extends up to eight feet into the east footway of North 13th Street beside the Temple University Student Center. Temple must obtain required permits and approvals, meet insurance and other conditions, and remove the encroachment and restore the street and footway if the City gives 180 days’ notice for a municipal construction project.

Authorizing Temple University, 1101 West Montgomery Avenue, Philadelphia, PA, 19122, its successors and assigns, to construct, own and maintain a building encroachment on the east footway of North 13th Street adjacent to the Temple University Student Center, under certain terms and conditions.
