RECONSIDERED

The lapsed bill would have authorized Brandywine Realty Trust and its successors to install and maintain an underground electrical conduit, lighting bollards, planters, decorative lights, fencing, and a “Cira Center” marker along the north footway of Arch Street between 29th and 30th Streets. The proposal would have required permits, agreements, insurance or comparable protections, and removal of the facilities at the City’s request for a municipal construction project, with the company responsible for restoration costs.

Authorizing Brandywine Realty Trust, 401 Plymouth Road, Plymouth Meeting, PA, 19462, its successors and assigns, to install, construct, own and maintain underground electrical service conduit, lighting bollards, and other facilities on, under and along the north footway of Arch Street, between 29th Street and 30th Street, under certain terms and conditions.
