Approving the eighth amendment of the redevelopment proposal for the Haddington Urban Renewal Area, Unit No. 1, being the area beginning at the intersection of the northerly side of Parrish street and the westerly side of Fifty-second street, including the eighth amendment to the urban renewal plan and the first amendment to the relocation plan, which provides, inter alia, for the additional land acquisition of approximately four (4) properties for residential and related uses; the provision of certain relocation services, as required by law; and declaring that condemnation is not imminent with respect to the Project.
